Weight-control Strategy

Two days is running as good as a mile milesevery make 4 3 times per week?
I'm usually a 3-mile corridor – but have had I had little time for a baby. It works for me to run two miles (20 minutes) per day, followed by weight training every day. Is this a good strategy for weight management / fitness?
At least for fitness, usually get at least 30-45 minutes session. days alternate and / or do cross training also gives your body more of a chance to recover so you can make the best out of their sessions. You can see if you can do something as a stationary bike for long periods, at least occasionally. If your time is limited and very, very alone can do 20 minutes every day, all you can be much better than nothing, and you should not worry too much, unless maybe you're training for something specific. You want just to see if there is a day a week – maybe the weekend – when you can get in a longer term. You can find the following useful book
